Ingredients
- white sourdough bread, sliced — 2 slices
- roast turkey breast, sliced — 100g
- sage and onion stuffing (cooked) — 50g
- cranberry sauce — 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise (full fat) — 1 tbsp
- salted butter — 10g
Method

Spread the mayonnaise on the inside of both slices of bread.

Layer the turkey, stuffing, and a spread of cranberry sauce on one slice, then close with the second slice.

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

Place the sandwich in the pan and toast for 3-4 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
