  • cooked roast turkey breast, shredded — 400g
  • small flour tortillas — 8
  • tinned chopped tomatoes — 200g
  • fresh jalapeños, diced — 2
  • red onion, finely diced — 1 medium
  • fresh lime juice — 2 tbsp
  • fresh coriander, chopped — 15g
  • vegetable oil — 1 tbsp

Method

    In a mixing bowl, combine the tinned tomatoes, diced red onion, jalapeños, lime juice, and half of the fresh coriander to create a fresh salsa.
