  • plain flour — 50g
  • egg — 1 large
  • panko breadcrumbs — 100g
  • sunflower oil — 4 tbsp
  • butter — 30g
  • garlic, crushed — 2 cloves
  • brioche buns — 4
  • baby gem lettuce, shredded — 2 heads
  • Caesar dressing — 4 tbsp
  • parmesan cheese shavings — 40g

Method
