Ingredients
- penne pasta (dry) — 400g
- chicken breast, diced — 500g
- smoked streaky bacon, chopped — 150g
- double cream — 250ml
- ranch seasoning mix — 30g
- cheddar cheese, grated — 150g
- vegetable oil — 1 tbsp

Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.

Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions until al dente, then drain.

While the pasta cooks, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.

Add the diced chicken to the bacon and cook until browned and cooked through.
