Ingredients
- beef mince (15% fat) — 500g
- baking potatoes — 1kg
- onion, finely chopped — 1 large
- carrot, diced — 1 medium
- beef stock — 300ml
- tomato purée — 2 tbsp
- mature cheddar cheese, grated — 100g
- butter — 50g
- milk — 50ml

Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
